Liebe Flow-Family, endlich ist es soweit, unser erstes Feuerinsel Gathering steht an! Und wir könnten uns keinen schöneren Ort wünschen als den alten Schlossgarten in Baar. Mitten im Grünen, direkt neben der Brauerei, zwischen uralten Bäumen und einem verwunschenen Schloss aus dem 16. Jahrhundert, der perfekte Platz zum Trainieren, Spielen, Lernen, Connecten und einfach eine unvergessliche Zeit zusammen verbringen..

Was dich erwartet

Tägliche Flow Arts Workshops von Teilnehmenden für Teilnehmende - lerne Neues & teile dein Wissen
Jeden Abend - Fire Space inkl. Fire Safety Einweisung, Musik, Flow & gemütliches Beisammensein beim Tipi-Feuer - bring gerne deine Musikinstrumente mit
Galashow am Samstag – werde Teil unserer Galashow und präsentiere deinen Act vor Publikum
Gemeinsames Essen - Familyfeeling
Übernachtung in der Halle oder im Camper – Isomatte, Ohropax & Schlafsack nicht vergessen!
Barbetrieb: Bargeld nicht vergessen

Donnerstag, 28.08.25 ab 13:30 Uhr – Ankommen & Loslassen
Sonntag, 31.08.25 bis ca. 13:00 Uhr – Abschied, Abbau & Abreise (Falls es für euch möglich ist, helft gerne noch beim Abbau. Viele Hände - schnelles Ende! ;)

Gut zu wissen:

Das Gathering lebt vom Mitmachen: jeder hilft ein bisschen mit 
Plätze sind begrenzt: wer sich zuerst anmeldet und zahlt ist dabei, danach gibt es eine Warteliste
Galashow: alle Dorfbewohner sind eingeladen
Wichtig: Teilnahme auf eigene Verantwortung! Tickets sind nicht übertragbar!
Storno: Bis inkl. 07.08.2025 gegen 5 € Bearbeitungsgebühr möglich. Danach behalten wir den Betrag ein.
Finanziell eng? Melde dich bei uns – wir finden sicher eine Lösung.
Trag Dich bitte gleich in eine bevorzugte Schicht ein, wer sich für Auf- und Abbau einträgt, macht uns mega happy :)

Essen:

Frühstück (täglich):

Frische Brötchen, Aufstriche, Müsli (alles im Ticket enthalten)
Abendessen:

Donnerstag: Gemeinsames Kochen für alle im Stüberl beim Sportheim (im Ticketpreis enthalten)
Freitag: Pizza-Abend mit Xaver (Leckere handgemachte Pizzen auf Spendenbasis, Nicht im Ticketpreis enthalten)
Samstag (Galashow-Abend): Bio-Foodtruck mit: Fleisch, Veganen, vegetarischen & glutenfreien Optionen (im Ticketpreis enthalten)

Feuerinsel Flowart Gathering – Flow, Fire and Community | 28.-31. August 2025 | Schlossgarten in Baar close to Augsburg

Dear Flow Family, it is time to finally announce our first Feuerinsel Gathering! We couldn`t imagine a more beautiful place than the old garden of a castle located in Baar. In the midst of old trees, green meadows and an enchanted castle from the 16th century – the perfect place to train, play, learn, connect and to just spend an unforgettable time...

What to expect

- Daily Flow Art Workshops by participants for - learn something new and share your knowledge- Every evening – Fire Space including Fire Safety introductions, music, flow and comfy community time at the Tipi-Fire – bring your instruments!- Galashow on Saturday night – become a part of the Galashow and present your act in front of a crowd - Communal eating circles – family feeling - Spend the night in the multi-purpose hall or in a camper – don`t forget your sleepingpad, earplugs and sleeping bag! - Drinks at the Bar: don`t forget cash

When and where

- Thursday, 28.08.2025 by 1.30 pm – arrive and let go - Sunday, 31.08.2025 until around 1 pm – good byes, breakdown and take off (if possible, stay to help break down the gathering)

Good to know

- The gathering is put together by everybody: everyone helps 

- Tickets are limited: first come first serve – as soon as you pay you are in, otherwise your name will be out on the waiting list 

- Galashow: open to the public – the villagers are invited

- Important: Taking part is your own responsibility! Ticket transfer is not possible - Return your ticket until including the 7th of August 2025 for a 5 € fee. After that we keep the payed ticket price 

- Financial struggle? Contact us – we will find a solution.

Please choose you`re preferred helper shift – we are greatful for everyone that helps building up or breaking down

Food

Breakfast (daily) :

- Fresh bread, spreads, muesli (included in the ticket price)

Dinner:

- Thursday: We cook together in the shared rented kitchen at the sportshouse (included in the ticket price) - Friday: Pizza-time with Xaver (delicious self-made Pizza for donation, Not included in the ticket price) - Saturday (Galashow): Organic Foodtruck with meat, vegan, vegetarian and glutenfree options (included in the ticket price)

We are incredibly excited for this first magical gathering with all of you!
